Cassie Thompson is broadly interested in amphibian responses to climate change. Her current research focuses on assessing how environmental factors such as shorter hydro-periods and higher temperatures experienced during development affect the fitness of two anurans (wood frogs and American toads) throughout an entire annual cycle (carryover effect).
