Natalia Davlianidze is a Human Geographer from Tbilisi, Georgia. She earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees in Human Geography at Tbilisi State University. She later did research at the Department of Geography at the University of Tartu in Estonia on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Geography, urban revitalization, and cases of community-based urban planning. She also participated in research through the exchange program at the Sapienza University of Rome on the regeneration of former industrial landmarks and buildings. After several years of practical experience in the international development programs in her home country, she is currently pursuing her second master's degree as an international Fulbright graduate student at Ohio University. Her research interest is in the intersection of topics such as sustainable development, climate change and human migrations.
