Ohio University COVID-19 Hotline
Ohio University has partnered with OhioHealth to provide access to symptomatic COVID-19 testing and clinical case management services for students and employees during the pandemic.
OhioHealth operates the COVID-19 Response Hotline, 877-OU-COV19 (877-682-6819), which Ohio University students and employees who are experiencing symptoms can access seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. If a symptomatic COVID test is needed, a Hotline case manager will work with a provider to place the order. It is important to note that a provider’s order is required for COVID-19 testing.
If you are not experiencing symptoms but think you may have been exposed to a positive individual or have other questions about OHIO's COVID-19 response, complete an Incident Report form or contact OHIO COVID Operations at COVIDoperations@ohio.edu or 740-566-8445 for assistance. A team of COVID Campus Liaisons is available seven days a week.
