Opportunities Upon Graduation

The banking industry continues to expand and innovate, and directly employs over 2 billion people in the United States as of early 2018. Succession planning has become critical for operations as banks endeavor to find motivated individuals with a mix of hard and soft skills and an understanding of the unique attributes of the industry. Further demand for educated talent comes indirectly from state and federal bank regulators and from the myriad of bank vendors and service providers. The program incorporates the economic foundation for the role of the banking industry as well as practical, hands-on applications and skills needed for success in a banking career.
