Coping Clinic

The Coping Clinic at Counseling & Psychological Services focuses on providing training and practice for varying coping skills that may be helpful to you. This is a great resource for you to utilize throughout the semester on its own, between counseling sessions, or as you wait to get connected to services.

The Coping Clinic is an online workshop for students to engage in facilitated discussions with a counselor. Students do not have to be a client with CPS or currently be located in the state of Ohio to engage in Coping Clinic workshops. *The Coping Clinic will begin September 14, 2020 for Fall semester.*

Rotating topics include:

  • Open Discussion
  • Managing Uncertainty & Anxiety
  • Coping with Loneliness & Isolation
  • Setting Yourself Up For Academic Success
